Unlike most of our competitors, we are not reps for the card lines we carry.  We are independent distributors and warehouse all of the cards we carry so the cards you order will come straight from our facilities on Vancouver Island, not from the card manufacturer.   This allows us to give what we think are the best shipping terms among Canadian card suppliers.

Our shipping policy is simple, we don’t charge shipping on orders over $85.00 and $18.00 shipping and handling on orders below $85.00. 

We don’t have minimum order sizes but most customers time their orders to get the free shipping. We normally dispatch orders via Canada Post Expedited Parcel the same day as they are placed (up to 4pm Pacific Time) or the next working day for orders placed after this time.

We think your customers will love our cards but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we will accept and refund in full, returns for any unwanted product provided that it is returned in the same condition that it was delivered in and within 90-days of it having been received. Please use the contact form or call to notify us of your wish to make a return. Please note that in these cases the return postage charge will be borne by you the customer.  Our 90-day money back gurantee does not apply to orders including complimentary display racks.
